Margaret Wheatley is an speaker, writer and organizational consultant. She’s been a Peace Corps volunteer in Korea and a public school teacher in New York. She’s been Associate Professor of Management at the Marriott School of Management, Brigham Young University, and Cambridge College, Massachusetts. “Turning To One Another: Simple Conversations to Restore Hope to the Future“, proposes that it is the simple, familiar act of conversation that offers the most hope for changing the world. This book is being widely used by communities, schools, religious organizations, and social change efforts.

Richard Strozzi-Heckler, Ph.D. is founder and President of Strozzi Institute. He’s been a leading teacher of the practical application of Somatics (the unity of language, action, and meaning) to business leaders and executive managers. Richard is the author of five books, including The Anatomy of Change, and he has a Ph.D. in Psychology and is a black belt in the martial art of Aikido. He also holds ranks in Judo, Jujitsu, and Capoeira.
